Adrian Carter Lecture

Adrian Carter is the author of Emerging as the Right Person in the Right Place at the Right Time. He is a Keynote Speaker, Conflict Resolution Practitioner and Leadership Development Trainer. Carter earned his BA in Mass Communications School of Journalism & Mass Communications. He received his Masters in Education, Leadership in Higher Learning.

Adrian has been impacting corporations, governmental entities and institutions of higher education, around the world, for over 16 years with his dynamic and progressive ability to lead, resolve conflict and create solutions. He’s been blessed to work in India, Sri Lanka and the Caribbean, to name a few.

As a Conflict Resolution Practitioner, International Poet and Leadership Development Coach, Adrian is committed to influencing people to become more caring, sharing and loving individuals who understand the importance of inclusive community building.

The Ellison Model is a multi-faceted leadership development tool focused on five content areas: Inclusion, Multicultural Appreciation, Conflict Resolution, Mentorship and Relationship Building. Training in these areas are designed to culturally revolve students, staff, faculty, corporate and government agencies into an inclusive community-building attitude that leads to “loving behaviors and affirming communication."

Through his 3R Solution Leadership Success Trainings, which empowers every individual to be the right person, in the right place, at the right time, and The Ellison Model, developed by world-class sociologist and professor Dr. Deryl G.
